Joseph   Pilates   was   an   innovator,   creating   an inclusive   range   of   exercises  designed   to   strengthen   the   whole   body.      

Developed   over   100   years   ago,  Pilates has evolved through science and research. We   owe  so  much  to  Jo  for  his  insight  into  creating  a  form  of  exercise that   develops   core   strength   flexibility   and   muscle   tone.      

Through   a range  of  continuous  controlled  movements,  the  classes  or  one  to  one sessions  will  help  to  keep  you  strong  and  lean,  injury  free  and  also create a sense of mental well being.
